Perfect for weddings, staff appreciation days, and private celebrations.
Minimum Hosting Fee: $1,200
Guest Count: 50–100 guests
Travel Distance: Up to 200 miles from Slana, AK
Guest Covered Events
A great option for fairs, fundraisers, and public events where guests purchase their own drinks.
Minimum Hosting Fee: $400
Minimum Attendance: 50 guests
Travel Distance: Up to 200 miles from Slana, AK
How Our Event Pricing Works:
Our pricing includes more than just coffee. It covers setup and cleanup, travel, staffing, quality ingredients, and the time and care that go into making your event run smoothly. Whether you're looking for full-service catering or a guest-pay setup, we'll work with you to find the best fit for your event.
**Travel:** Events located more than 120 miles from Slana may be subject to an additional travel fee.
**Large Events (100+ Guests):** Larger gatherings often require additional staffing, supplies, and preparation. Custom pricing is available based on your event's needs.
**Smaller Local Events:** Planning a smaller gathering nearby? We offer flexible options for local events and would be happy to discuss what works best for your budget.
