The Homestead... Cafe?
Since moving to Alaska, we've dreamed of building something that could support our family, bless our community, and glorify God all at the same time.
When In His Hands Homestead began, we had no shortage of ideas. The challenge wasn't vision. It was figuring out where to start. Living in rural Alaska has a way of teaching patience, and more than once we found ourselves waiting on resources, opportunities, and direction.
So we kept praying. We kept learning. We kept putting one foot in front of the other.
Eventually, God opened a door we hadn't expected, and what began as a simple idea grew into The Homestead Café.
For us, it's more than a coffee trailer. It's the first step in a much bigger story.

The mobile café allows us to stay connected to the homestead life we love while serving the communities around us. Instead of asking people to come to us, we have the opportunity to meet them where they are, whether that's at a local event, a community gathering, or along a quiet Alaskan roadside.
Through handcrafted coffee, herbal teas, and simple hospitality, we're able to share the things we're most passionate about. Good coffee. Meaningful conversation. Supporting local communities. Living faithfully and appreciating the blessings God has given us.
The Homestead Café is about more than what's in the cup. It's about creating a welcoming place wherever we go, serving our neighbors well, and sharing a little bit of the life we've been blessed to build.
One legendary brew at a time.

A Vision of Health
As an herbalist and a crunchy mom, I care deeply about what goes into our bodies. That's why one of my goals from the very beginning was to serve better coffee and cleaner ingredients. From locally roasted organic beans to naturally flavored syrups and quality milks, I believe what goes into your cup matters.
But coffee was only part of the vision.
After years of studying herbalism, I wanted to create a place where good coffee and God's creation could come together. A place where handcrafted drinks, medicinal teas, and herbal wellness could be shared with the community.
The Homestead Café is more than a mobile coffee trailer. It's a traveling coffee shop and apothecary built on the belief that healthy choices should taste amazing.
This is where the wild brews legendary.
